This is the best line I have ever used. I have been testing this line since the beginning of the 2006 tournament season and under all types of situations.
The Defier line is my favorite line with 100% nylon construction, and smooth round uniform surface. This line is more expensive than other premium fishing line, but when you consider the fact that it last so long, it really isn't more expensive at all.
I used to change my line after two tournaments, but I fished with Defier through the entire tournament season, and then several other fishing trips without changing it. In fact, I still have some of the Defier on one of my reels that I put on at the beginning of the year, and after continuous knot testing and close inspection of the surface, I find no reason to change it yet.
